This is really a great pocket reference guide, giving you background and context for every Bible book. For each book, there is one page listing the theme, author, original audience, approximate date written, summary of sections, key themes, symbolism and imagery, and practical applications. The pages are aesthetically pleasing and well designed, and the cover is elegant looking Each Bible book's explanatory page has a blank page facing it for notes or comments. It also has a handy ribbon bookmark.
